Students shall be assigned different ministries, for a period of 3-4 weeks, at different centers or sent as a team for pioneering. The ministerial engagements for the students shall be of the following nature: ecumenical exposure, social works/NGOs, engagement in frontier zones (people affected by calamities or atrocities), pioneering, pastoral assistance, and evangelistic activities. The field ministry of each student shall be evaluated and graded as per their overall participation in the ministry.
